I wanted you to know about my recent experience with Rooster Bush in Morganton, NC. I had been looking for a pick-up truck for quite some time. Previously I had a Hummer H3. After shopping around and looking at various trucks, I was actually most excited about a Ford F250 that I had found in Hickory. They gave me a fabulous deal on my Hummer and the Ford F250.
I want you to kn ow that I ended up choosing the Chevrolet 2500 HD. I am thrilled with the truck and Rooster Bush. Rob, and Andy worked out a nice deal for me. I was happy with all that. I have had Josh Sanders exclusively as my mechanic on our family cars and have always been more than happy with his leel of expertise and work ethic. I admit I am very picky and difficult to please. proverbial "fine line" between being persistant but not pushy....not an easy thing to do. Also, he was always very

dealers. Chris was by far the best one to work with between the 6 or 7 other dealerships I was corresponding with at
the time. I was shocked at how poor some communication was coming from other dealerships -- I would suspect some
of them were 8th grade dropouts that didn't have any care for customer satisfaction....poor follow-up, poor grammar,
math mistakes on quotes, no "thank you for considering ___", etc. Chris responded to emails ASAP, and even after
hours. It seemed that he wanted to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for a fair price, and I appreciated that
